We want you to be satisfied with any purchase you make from us, but in order to protect ourselves from fraud, we do have a few guidelines.

We can in no way be held liable for what you do with the products that we sell. Although these items are classified as
"Non Lethal" they are dangerous, and should be handled as such.

NO Returns on Pepper Spray or other Self Defense Gas if the unit has been discharged.

Exchange & Return Policies
ALL Returns Must FIRST be authorized by the personnel at TheStunGun.Com before returning.
Authorization number MUST be written on the package.
ANY ITEMS SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.

No returns after 30 days will be accepted.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order, un-used and in sellable condition.

All Warranties are those of the Manufacturers. TheStunGun.Com neither offers nor implies warranty of any type for products sold by us or through our services. If you have a warranty claim, please let us know, and we will put you in contact with the items manufacturer.

All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Installed or used items are only returnable for exchange if defective, as determined by the Factory Rep.

We are not responsible for unseen delays for "special ordered" items, or production delays as they are beyond our control. We will, however, notify you if an item is on "backorder" as soon as we become aware of it, and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.

If we have made an error in an Item shipped, we will assume only the responsibility of purchase price, and shipping both ways. Items are to be returned in new condition and shipped in the manner we specify. You will not be charged a restocking fee.
